Once I set foot into Holiday Inn Select Naperville I got a warm and welcoming feeling from the hotel’s personable staff that really made me feel good inside and it’s not only the beaming smiles of the staff that greet you upon entering the hotel… it is the smiles that run deep down within each of the staff members thanks to the Smiley initiative. It really felt like I was walking into a place that I was already known. Rather than a stranger or customer, I felt like a friend.
