23 Jul 2010 Hyatt Regency host their first farmers market

This summer the Hyatt Regency Woodfield Schaumburg will host three Farmer’s Markets, which will be held July 24th, August 7th, and September 4th. The Hyatt will be kicking off at 10am all the way till 3pm, and will be showcasing local farmers, organic wines, handmade soaps, and other local artisans.

The Hyatt’s very own Chef Hagop Hagopian will demonstrate cooking methods that you can use to bring out the bold vibrant flavors of the fruits and vegetables that can be grown in your own gardens.

Throughout the market their will be many demonstrations including:

11:00 AM Farm Fresh Garden Salads

12:00 PM Preparing Your Meats for the Grill

1:00 PM Secret Grilling Techniques

2:00 PM Quick and Easy Vegetable Dishes

  2. I participated in the Farmers/Artisian market last week and it was really fun.
    I hope everyone comes out for the next 2 weekends August 7th and September 4th. I’ll be doing a eco-painting exhibtion, Earth Art.
